Why Push-ups Should be a Part of Your Daily Workout Routine

Push-ups are a great exercise for strengthening your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles. Here are the steps to do a proper push-up:

Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground and your feet together.

Keep your core engaged and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

Lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your body.

Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground.

Push yourself back up to the starting position, extending your arms.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Some tips to keep in mind while doing push-ups:Keep your body in a straight line throughout the movement.
Avoid sagging your hips or letting them rise too high.
Keep your elbows close to your body as you lower yourself down.
Focus on using your chest, shoulders, and triceps to push yourself up.

Start with a few repetitions at a time and gradually increase the number as you build strength. You can also modify the exercise by starting on your knees or doing push-ups against a wall or elevated surface.
